Mission Statement:

The purpose of PTO is to unite parents, teachers and the community, support our children's school programs, and bring enrichment to students when the budget falls short. We do this by supporting and promoting various programs each year, such as the author visit, theater productions, and providing resources to the schools that are not found in the school budget, but are deemed necessary or desirable for the education of our children.


Who should attend the PTO meetings?

All persons concerned with our children's education are welcome to attend the PTO meetings. And you do NOT have to donate to attend meetings, or to volunteer. We would love to have you come and share your ideas!


Why should I support PTO?

The PTO is a very active group, doing many things that benefit our schools, teachers and students. We need time, dedication and the support of people like YOU to keep this happening.

Guest Authors
Elementary Yearbooks*
Education Week
Back-to-School Pool Party
PTO Scholarships
Teacher Appreciation Week
Redemption Programs (Box Tops, Kemps, Campbell's, etc.)*

*These events raise much needed funds for our schools!


How can I volunteer?

Join us in the 2 Hour Power program. PTO volunteers raise money to help fund school equipment, field trips, bring guest authors to our schools, and much more. They also pitch in to show school staff how much we appreciate them, and offer fun events for the kids! PTO commitments can range from 2 hours to all year long. Please join us and dedicate 2 hours this year by volunteering in one or more of the following opportunities:


  • Work at an event
  • Baking/treats
  • Public/Media relations
  • Yearbook design
  • Serve as an officer
  • Other special projects


Many of these opportunities can be done from home and don't take a lot of time, yet they will benefit PTO and the students.
